The Level 1 Pathway to Animal Care prepares students to progress to a qualification in the same sector or a related area at a higher level. It prepares students for employment in the animal care or a related sector.

Units may include:

  • learning skills
  • caring for animals
  • developing confidence working with animals.

You will also study for maths and English, take part in at least 30 hours of work experience, and attend a tutorial session each week.
